Explain My Business home

For products

A product video, made from your product sheet.

What your product does, who it is for and how to get started, explained in a short, narrated, captioned video drawn from your own product sheet, specification or manual.

For launches, product pages, marketplaces, trade shows and the support questions you answer every week.

Product videos that do a job

A product video is not decoration. Each of these answers a question a customer would otherwise ask you, or leave without asking.

Launches

A new product or a new version: what is new, who it is for and why it matters, ready on the day you announce it.

Product pages

The benefits and the key specifications, for the shopper who watches before they read.

Getting started

Set-up and first use, from your manual or quick-start guide, so fewer customers need to call you.

Sales conversations

Send a two-minute explainer before a demo, so the buyer arrives knowing what the product does.

Social media

A set of three vertical Shorts, each opening on a hook and saying one thing, for YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Distributors and resellers

One clear explanation your partners can use, in your brand, so the product is described the same way everywhere.

Drawn from your document, so it stays accurate

AI video models paint every frame, so they can show a button your product does not have or a figure you never gave them. We do not use them. Every word, number and chart in your video comes from the document you upload and the script you approve.

Typeset specifications

Dimensions, capacities, prices and model names are set as text, so they are exactly as you wrote them.

Diagrams, not stock footage

Diagrams are drawn in code to show what the script says: the parts, the steps and how they fit together.

Your call on what it shows

Choose a redrawn video, or one that shows your document's own pages and pictures beside the animation. Copyright and your video explains the difference.

How we keep videos true to your document.

What you send, and what you get back

You send

  • A PDF of up to 25 MB that is not password-protected: a product sheet, a specification, a manual or a launch brief.
  • Who the video is for, how long it should be (up to 5 minutes) and what to emphasise.
  • A widescreen video, Shorts or both, your choice of voice and layout, and your brand.
  • A flag if the product is not announced yet. We cannot yet process confidential or embargoed documents; here is why.

You get back

  • A draft script for you to edit and approve. Nothing is rendered until you do.
  • A narrated video with captions, a transcript and a poster image, and your Shorts if you ordered them.
  • 3 revision rounds with every video.
  • The right to use the video anywhere, permanently, including in advertising.

What to have ready before you order.
